Refund Policy for Buildguides subscriptions and digital products.
All payments and refunds for purchases on buildguides.net are processed by Paddle.

1. Eligible Refunds

If you've made a purchase on buildguides.net, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction date. Payments are non-refundable after the 14-day period.

If you've purchased a subscription, this 14-day refund policy applies only to the first charge (not renewals).

2. How to Request a Refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt you've received via email, or visit paddle.net to request a refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
